We ordered two of their skylights through Home Depot. We have five others from them that we've been impressed with. When we got our shipment in, one of them was damaged. I called Christian at their office in Arizona and within two business days they had me a new one. These guys make a very good product, at a very good price and have...very good customer service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a very good tubular skylight.
