Long time customer here. What keeps me coming back is the customer service and excellent products. I want to give a special shout out to Freddy who is one of the team members there. Freddy was a godsend for me since it was my first time in one the natural life franchise locations. It can be overwhelming figuring out what you need since they have so many products that serve different purposes. But, fortunately for me Freddy answered any questions I had and some. Truly thankful to have his help today, as I will be coming back because of the fantastic service.
I am extremely disappointed in the distribution warehouse. I have made several online orders and never had an issue and receivedmy orders wothing 2 days. Recently my orders have not been shipped when I was notified they were shipped. Currently I've been waiting 5 days for an order I placed and paid extra for priority shipping. I have not received an email back yet as to the reason. Not very professional and poor customer service on their part. I dont think I'll be ordering online ever again.
