I have been going to Natural Kid Doc for a year now. They are super friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Tubis amazing!
Our appointment was set for 11 am. I was informed that I need to arrive at 10:45 am. Arriving 10 min late will result in not being seen and fees will be charged. Upon arrival we were informed that Dr Thiago was running late about 10 min; at most 15 min. When the time came to be seen we were informed that will be much later, and an exact time as to when is not known. I asked if someone can talk to the doctor or check with him. I wish I could give 10 stars! I have no words for what a great experience we've had at Natural Kid Doc! We just completed the newborn concierge program with Dr. Smialek, and while it was an investment, it was worth every penny! Dr. Smialek took so much time to answer all of our questions (first time parents here) and was so invested in making sure our daughter was thriving.
