I was experiencing a small leak in my Velux skylight and decided to call Natural Home Lite due to they are a certified installer in the Velux website. I appreciated that the salesman, Lars, was not pushy and offered options(Repair & Replacement). I chose to repair and will replace next year. Alex arrived to do the repair work, was thorough, friendly, explained what he did, and left the area looking clean. I can only say good things about my complete experience with Natural Home Lite!
