I started the reset program in early Nov and by week of Christmas had lost 20 pounds. I signed up for Ajimol's Metabolic Reset Program this past summer and it was amazing! I lost 20 pounds in the first 6 weeks and have completely changed the way that I cook and bake and look at food. I thought I was already eating healthy but after completing this program, I learned which foods agreed/disagreed with me (which actually caused weight gain).
