Sadly the attention you get on the phone at first contact speaks volumes. First they said that my phone came on to their caller ID as a spam, I ID myself and assured them that was not spam and gave them my full name and the name of my organization. They said that they are not taking new clients and that was that and first inpression was so bad that is sad to the lady: You know what, forget it, have a nice day and hanged up!
Won't see your animal without paying a $35 fee first.. What a scam. Says the money will be credited back on your first appt/bill but can't even ask questions before hand to see if it's the right place for your fur baby and if you decide they aren't then you lose your $35. Terrible way to conduct business. Most of the reviews are horrible. I can see why.
Dr. B and Karen, Always help my pets. The keep me calm even when the situation is very serious. I have found there treatment of both my dogs (English Mastiffs ) and cats to be excellent.
We have been searching for a holistic veterinarian for years and finally found Dr. Bernstein. He is not only very knowledgeable and experienced in holistic and conventional treatments, he is compassionate and passionate about caring for animals. His wife, Karen answers the phone and was very direct with me in guiding me through the process to make an appointment by instructing me to go to the website first before proceeding. I’m glad I did. Dr & Mrs Bernstein are absolutely wonderful. They’re caring and so compassionate. Dr B is a phenomenal vet who really knows what he’s talking about. He opened my eyes to things about my dog that would never have occurred to me. They’ve been patient and kind with my ever changing schedule and appointment needs. They take their time with you and don’t make you feel rushed at all. 10/10 recommend!
