Won't see your animal without paying a $35 fee first.. What a scam. Says the money will be credited back on your first appt/bill but can't even ask questions before hand to see if it's the right place for your fur baby and if you decide they aren't then you lose your $35. Terrible way to conduct business. Most of the reviews are horrible. I can see why.
Dr. B and Karen, Always help my pets. The keep me calm even when the situation is very serious. I have found there treatment of both my dogs (English Mastiffs ) and cats to be excellent.
We have been searching for a holistic veterinarian for years and finally found Dr. Bernstein. He is not only very knowledgeable and experienced in holistic and conventional treatments, he is compassionate and passionate about caring for animals. Dr & Mrs Bernstein are absolutely wonderful. They’re caring and so compassionate. Dr B is a phenomenal vet who really knows what he’s talking about. He opened my eyes to things about my dog that would never have occurred to me. They’ve been patient and kind with my ever changing schedule and appointment needs. They take their time with you and don’t make you feel rushed at all. 10/10 recommend!
We brought our scared puppy in to see the doctor after another vet told us our dog needed emergency double knee surgery. Now 3 years later dog never had surgery and dr bernstein saved the day. Our dog runs and jumps like a champ. I also brought my cat here a few times and they were always kind and helpful. This is, by the far, the best vet in miami. They care, they are smart, knowledgeable, and know how to make you feel at home. Thanks for everything karen and doc.
