Happy with Hearing Aids I normally do not write reviews however, the service that Bob Ladimir gave me was astonishing. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He has solved my hearing problem and my hearing aids are so comfortable and discrete. Highly recommend!
I have been a client of Natural Hearing Solutions for over 2 1/2 years working with Bob Ladimir and his assistant Dianna. Initially Bob steered me to a very fine pair of aids at a very fair price.He then patiently and thoroughly helped me to understand and care for them. At the start of COVID, Dianna met with me for an aid problem, when people were scared of interacting. I continue to receive such immediate and caring help from this outstanding and empathetic company.
I can't say enough good about Bob Ladimir and Dianna Williams at the Naples location. In getting used to my new hearing aids they have gone above and beyond to assist me. Now I have them synced to my cell phone and just added the TV assist and couldn't be happier. They've answered all my questions and resolved all of my concerns. I'm very happy that I chose Natural Hearing Solutions!
RecommendedI was born with high tone deafness. I was told (when I was 18) that I could not wear hearing aids. They would not work for my condition. I'm 61 years old now and it's been a rough life not being able to hear things the way others do.
