My advice is call to make an appointment. They require a consultation before your actual service appointment which requires a $75 non refundable deposit. I used their online system to schedule, which I don’t think they understand fully that led to the reason of this review. Someone called me back to confirm the appointment, they had the wrong time, once corrected I even scheduled the hydrotherapy (the only reason for going) for later that week once confirmed they had the evening availability. Went for a consultation, care was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Took their time explaining to me as well. Ended up getting the itch eeze, dandee viola salve, and sweet relief. 10/10 would recommend
I had such a beautiful and grounding experience during my appointment. From the atmosphere to the intention behind every step, I felt deeply supported and cared for. Following my daughter's visits, I decided to visit to do a routine CHT. Got more than I imagined. Most thorough intake assessment ever. Responsive to questions. Informed recommendations generally. Great food for thought in prepping for my 255 mile hike, intangibles I would have never considered especially for my age. Best of all, I am excited about finally finding practioners who are willing to do CHT for my disabled son! Wish I had known about them sooner.
