I sample of my hair was clipped from the back of head and then sent to a lab to test for nutritional deficiencies, “toxins,” metabolic problems, and overall health. My advice is call to make an appointment. They require a consultation before your actual service appointment which requires a $75 non refundable deposit. I used their online system to schedule, which I don’t think they understand fully that led to the reason of this review. Someone called me back to confirm the appointment, they had the wrong time, once corrected I even scheduled the hydrotherapy (the only reason for going) for later that week once confirmed they had the evening availability. Went for a consultation, care was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. Took their time explaining to me as well. Ended up getting the itch eeze, dandee viola salve, and sweet relief. 10/10 would recommend
