I’ve been going to Natural Health and wellness for colonics for several years. I can’t say enough how wonderful the owner and experience is. Every time I come, my appointment is on time, I feel comfortable and I feel completely at ease throughout the session. Afterward, I notice a real difference — I felt lighter, less bloated, and have noticeably more energy. It’s amazing how much of a reset it can be for your body. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone curious about the benefits of colon hydrotherapy.
Bethany was very helpful for my spouse, she listened and addressed any concerns on an individual basis. Very calm and helpful. Even provided healthy smoothies and Electrolyte water.
