I did a healing session over zoom with Bethany on 1/11/24 to help me quit smoking. I had tried EVERYTHING under the sun for twenty years and nothing stuck. When I was able to quit I would think about them constantly and would crumble the very first moment I had an opportunity. It’s been over 100 days and I haven’t even thought of a cigarette, I didn’t gain weight, I wasn’t angry or mean. I just became a non-smoker!
