I attended a Retreat with Natural Health Medicine in November 2024. At first I was nervous about attending, but that quickly changed! I found Maria Harpas through social media, while searching for some sort of wonder pill or anything that would help w my menapause symptoms - hot flushes, bloating, weight gain, deprived sleep patterns, no energy, sugar hit in the evening etc, I had it all. Maria is amazing! So friendly and caring and does everything she can to help. My children had a lot of health issues that she helped us try and navigate and went above and beyond understanding their complex oats results. She also helped us to get pregnant with our second child after struggling so much with our first, thanks Maria! xx
