I recently went on Natural Health Medicine’s wellness retreat at Tara Hills and it was exactly what my nervous system needed. The venue is peaceful and beautiful, and from day one Maria and Margherita created a warm, grounded, no-judgment space. I had the most amazing experience at the retreat on the weekend led by Maria and Margherita. They worked so well together and created such a warm welcoming environment from the start. Everything was incredibly well-organised, informative, and thoughtfully planned. I left feeling inspired, relaxed and supported. Such a great bunch of ladies to share the experience with, truly uplifting energy all around. Food was incredible all prepared by the wonderful Manu! Highly recommend!
