I have a chronic back condition with layers of scar tissue that requires constant stretching and massage. Rayna , with her background in Physical Therapy , Professional personal training, and as an athlete can really zero in on my problem areas and give me some relief. Sometimes she has said that my back "looks different" after a session. It certainly "feels different" and I can walk out pain free after a session. Rayna has been my massage therapist for over 6 years. She is the best! I tried lots of others before finding her to solve a chronic tight neck, shoulders, and back problem. Others had a mindless routine they performed but Rayna's physical therapist knowledge of muscles and joints enables her to custom the massage and target the trouble spots. She is professional and dependable. I don't know what I would do without her!
