I had a great session with Lisa. She is very good at working out all the knots and tight muscles. It felt great. My wife went at the same time and had a similar experience with Adrienne. I would recommend Natural Healing and Message.

I’ve had massages from Lisa and Stephanie and both are fantastic! They do a great job catering to any specific requests and they are also one of the more affordable places around. Will continue to support this business.

Had a great experience with Adrienne yesterday. She was very kind, professional, and had excellent pressure. She was able to find and release my knots and made sure to spend extra time on my problem areas. 🙏 I'll be going back for sure. For those wondering more about the process. I was able to text to schedule the appointment. They do require a card on file to book an appointment and have a 24 hour cancellation policy. I checked in. I have been seeing Lisa for the past 2 years after trying many different massage therapists. She's amazing at what she does and I leave feeling relieved and relaxed every time I come in for a massage. The first time I came to her I was pregnant, and her pregnancy massages are just as good as a full body. She's flexible, professional, and great at her job overall.
