Amazing service Modena- super relaxing and very professional staff. Clean, calm space with a massage that truly melted all my stress away. Highly recommend- very friendly therapist and a great overall experience
I didn’t have a great experience here. My wife booked a 90 min Japanese Deluxe Headspa package for me. When I arrived, they were 15 mins late. Not a huge deal, but once the massage started, the therapist stopped after about 50 mins and told me it was done. When I went out to pay at the front the clerk charged me the full $160. I pointed out that I barely got 1 hr of massage and she arbitrarily changed the price charged to me to $140. Had a wonderful experience! The massage therapist was highly skilled, professional, and made me feel completely relaxed. The receptionist was very polite, welcoming, and helpful. Highly recommend this place!
