This is my second time booking with Falana and my experience has been *chef kiss! I always leave her chair looking like a different woman that sat down! She does QUALITY work, the Salon is a vibe, and you’re not there all day either. 10/10 definitely booking again.

My hair is the healthiest its been in my adult life. I almost cried today after my wash and blow dry. Today I opted for mini twists so I can wake up and go. The twist came out super cute, proportional and bouncy. The products Falana uses work amazing on my hair. The wash is so relaxing it'll have you do a little snore. No loud blaring music in the shop. Shop is tidy and clean. Everyone is friendly. 10 out of 10.
Brought my twin girls (7 years old) for their first time getting their hair braided and could not have had a better experience! Falana did an absolutely phenomenal job; speedy, replicated the photo perfectly, was patient with their fidgeting, and lovely to chat with. The girls LOVE their hair!
