Would Not recommend. Very unaccommodating. Not sympathetic to military personnel during time of war. I should have read all of the 1 star reviews prior to going. They were distinctly on point.

I was very happy with the look and the initial visit. Cykeithia was friendly and my new hairdo was awesome. However, there was confusing and conflicting information given by multiple texts and emails before the initial appointment, including a mandatory post of the salon's info on the customer's facebook page. That was easy enough to deal with. There was also confusion after the initial visit. I was told I got two free follow-up visits.
