Jackie gave me the best hand-painted balayage I've ever received! The quality of the products, the long-lasting color, and natural look that Jackie created for me makes this so worth it! The suite is super cute, and one of the few in the building with natural light, which is great for getting a true look at your color. Take a peak in the window next time you're in the HomeGoods plaza to see for yourself!
