I spent a $110 with a credit card. the cashier did not offer a bag after he told me there were no boxes available . I wouldn’t recommend working here. They wonder why they can’t keep people. Ask the store manager Dawn. I’m sure she’d love to put that fake smile on her face right in front of you.
I have been going to natural grocers for a couple years now and always found their products to be exemplary. During The last several trips, I have experienced; rude comments from staff, unwillingness to answer questions and help locate products. Today I not only received rude comments but was actually pushed out of the way by a staff of natural grocers and will take my business elsewhere

This store just came down a notch. I asked them to order an item that is the same brand and size as a different variety they carry from the same manufacturer. They took down my name and number. After two weeks, no call. I went in to ask about my special order (a product I hoped they'd pick up on a regular basis). I was told it had been ordered. Two more weeks pass, still no call.
