If I could give this establishment a ZERO I would. Had hurricane impact windows installed in kitchen and front bedroom the employee accidently sliced the screen to kitchen window I informed Janet (owner) via e-mail and telephone calls as well as her daughter-in-law and still have not received new screen. This happened APRIL OF 2021!!!! Over 2 YEARS and now screen yet, I also asked if someone would come out and provide me a quote for our living room sliders, I was told by Janet to take a measurement and e-mail the measurement... read more
