I've been attending Natural Flow Bowen for about 18 months now. Natalie is an absolute magician! She never fails to address my aches, pains and occasional injury, and I genuinely feel better immediately after each treatment. Even when I'm feeling fine, I keep a monthly appointment to keep things in balance. The time spent in Natalie's practice for me is an hour or so of 'forced relaxation' and chill out time. Natalie was a great practitioner of Bowen. Being a long time recipient of Bowen I can recommend Natalie highly, she demonstrated the very best skills of Bowen, and introduced me to 'Smart Bowen' which was new! Looking forward to the next while being back pain free 😄 5 Stars 👍
I cannot recommend Natalie at Natural Flow Bowen highly enough to you all. She is really amazing. I have had physio, injections and massage on my piriformis/sciatic syndrome which is excruciating pain in your butt ! One session with a new move and I have some relief ! The first since January this year. Thank you Natalie !

Thanks to Nat’s dedication, care and knowledge I have been able to continue working in my physical nursing job with regular Bowen sessions. I’ve had many surgeries and chronic pain which is now well managed by Nat’s expertise. I always look forward to my Bowen fix!
