I cannot recommend Natalie at Natural Flow Bowen highly enough to you all. She is really amazing. I have had physio, injections and massage on my piriformis/sciatic syndrome which is excruciating pain in your butt ! One session with a new move and I have some relief ! The first since January this year. Thank you Natalie !

Thanks to Nat’s dedication, care and knowledge I have been able to continue working in my physical nursing job with regular Bowen sessions. I’ve had many surgeries and chronic pain which is now well managed by Nat’s expertise. I always look forward to my Bowen fix! I have an intensely, stressful job and suffer regularly from migraines. Since seeing Natalie for Bowen Therapy on a regular basis, not only are my migraines gone but I'm sleeping more deeply facilitating better coping mechanisms during the day reducing my tension. Highly recommend.
Natalie is amazing! I have been to several Bowen Therapists over the years and she is definitely one of the best. She is gentle and looks after me really well.
