Workmanship was not as originally described. Brad mentioned the house would come up like new, but there were gaps all through the wood when he'd finished (literally could see light from under the house shining up through the floorboards). We asked why they didn't seal the gaps and he said that isn't what they do in case of movement. If we had known that at the time, we never would have agreed to pay the quoted amount.. I can't fault his work, Brad has done a fantastic job on my lounge dining room as well as the 3 bedrooms. I recommend him
