Beautiful, well equipped, inclusive gym. The trainers and Nook classes are great. Especially Brandon is an absolute peach, super positive and knowledgeable guy. Fair pricing, the weekly subscription is brilliant.
Very good gym: good equipment, lots of space, a lot of knowledge. They know what they're doing. And they do drop-ins, which is nice if you're in mount maunganui for just a few days.

I have been doing PT session with Hayley at Natural Fit for about 6 month and I feel amazing! I have had a few injuries in the past that have made it super hard to exercise and I finally feel some strength coming back now. She always listens to me and makes sure I get the most out of each session without triggering my injuries, I also love the gym atmosphere!
