Had a large project done last fall.. 2 level retaining wall, regrading of the back yard and two lawn drains put in. One lawn drain is not working and we repeatedly get small lakes in our back yard as a result. Our sod is dying and with each new rainstorm the “lake”gets closer to our house. This in and of itself is not a reason to give a bad review. My bad review is because our repeated calls regarding the drain have gone unanswered. It’s been about two months. There is. P excuse for this.
This group was great to work with. Ideas were super, workmanship tops and the result was everything we wanted. They stood by everything they said, were neat and left the area clean and beautiful. I would use the, again!
I hired Natural Environments to build a large boulder retaining wall system in my yard. The experience was the best that I have had with a contractor in my 71 years.
