Third panel I’ve had to replace out of pocket due to shoddy workmanship and lack of follow up or response from the owner of the company to do any repairs under warranty. And they install into the ridge of the roof, now creating a leak inside due again to poor installation. NEVER use this company. They buy their solar panels without a manufacturer warranty and say you have a warranty with them and then don’t honor it. I can provide my proof of purchase Ted if you would like to show you did install my faulty system.
If I can give zero stars I would! I’m so upset that my parents who are senior citizens and got ripped off this company, they’re a scam. They took 17GS from my parents and the service hasn’t even been working?! They have contacted the owner and no response! Now, we find out they went bankrupt are stuck with non working solar panels a high electricity bill of 3GS! After doing my own investigation, I see that they got ripped off and a complete scam! Do not trust these little companies!
System was installed well but it is now having problems and it is impossible to get in touch with Natural Energy. They have an antiquated phone system without a QUE. It just tells you to leave a message. I have left 7 messages and they never got back to me. Never again.
After years of reaching out to them to get the system back online without any progress we have decided to take a more formal approach. The system began to fail within 10 months.
Natural Energy USA has already filed for bankruptcy and so has its owner Ted Mount. Go online and search for "Ted Mount, barnkruptcy", you will find he already filed for bankruptcy in 2019. However, he will still try to conduct business illegally (possibly under a disguised name). Watch out for this guy!!! I just sued him and he sent me the court documents indicating he already filed for Chapter 7 bankruptcy!
