Went in to have my hair washed. I assumed it would be around $20 as that’s what i’ve paid at many other places. Lady asked if i wanted it blow dried i said no i only want it washed. She washed my hair and asked me to sit in front of the mirror. She got the hairdryer out and started drying my hair. I assumed she was just drying excess water as there was no styling going on. Palo was very nice and she did an excellent job.
Love going to Beauty Polar, especially when I'm seeing Palo! She's not only super knowledgeable about all the products and treatments, but she's also so friendly and chatty - makes the time fly by . Palawasha is a delight. She was able to fit me in as a walk by which I really appreciated. Loved my blowdry.
Used to get my hair cut there often but will never go again. The woman who cut my hair this time was super rough, burnt my scalp with the blow dryer and cut off about 3 times as much hair as I asked her to. I left so disappointed and absolutely hate my hair now
