RecommendedI had been struggling with my frenchie’s wrinkles for some time until I found this great company and their products. My puppy was always scratching her face and hurting herself because the bacteria in her wrinkles would itch her crazily. RecommendedI would and have recommended this company but as far as customer service I am not thrilled. I placed an order yesterday for more skin soother, paid for it, have not received a confirmation, have left a message, and two emails with no reply. For whatever reason they don't answer phones?? Has anyone else had this issue?? All I am wanting is a stupid confirmation LOL.
