So not only did the product actually make my dog's skin condition worse, I've had a terrible experience with their customer service. I sent them an email, and received a somewhat vague response saying that I wouldn't get refunded for shipping if I sent the product back, and that I would also have to cover the shipping to send it back to them. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I recommend the Natural Dog Company as their Snout Soother helped my dogs nose. She has hyperkeratosis and her nose was really bad, but after 1 week of using Snout Soother it has cleared up - yah for a happy puppy🐶🐶🐶
Skin soother worked on our dogs red belly area within 3 days of using, highly recommend!
This product worsened my dogs skin, she howled when I applied it. I used it for 3 days, thinking she was being dramatic. But she was trying to tell me she didn't like it. It made her neck swell, gave her hives all over, and made her vomit several times.
I purchased skin soother and within days I notice a change in his red itchy skin. definitely worth it
