We used Natural Design for maintenance of our large yard for 15 years. We were very happy with the service provided. All of the crew was hardworking and friendly. Our .75 acre lot had a lot of mowing/ edging/ raking an the guys always made it look amazing. Thanks for the hard work all these years!
If I could give a zero I would. This company moved a pond that was encroaching my neighbors property line. They moved the rocks and did not move the valves that operate the pond. I have tried to get a response from the owners, Cade and Jim Richardson to resolve the issue and they have chosen to ignore me. Also two of their reviews, Javier and Julio are their employees. They are dishonest and don't stand behind their work.
