Casey will talk you into giving him cash up front with no receipt. After you have given him money he will go dark and stall. He will manipulate you and make you feel bad. Do not even start a pool project with him. There are lots of other reputable companies out there that will enter into a normal business contract with regular benchmarks for the project. Total con man
BUYER BECAREFUL. Pressure sales technique got us wrapped into the deposit for the pool model. While my wife and I were on the fence on style of pool we went ahead with deposit. That was my fault letting the sales pitch on their preffered pool style rope me in. While there was talk of exploring multiple options it became clear they had a singular agenda. All the open places to park and they park illegally in front of the bank of america. If they are too lazy to park 25ft away can you imagine the shortcuts on your pool!
BUYER BEWARE!! We called Casey out for a look at our pool and found his pressure sale a bit much. Casey will tell you what ever you want in order to get your cash in his hand. He wants money before he has even told you how much it’s going to cost! My mistake was actually giving him $5,000 cash with no receipt. Once Casey got my cash he inflated his estimate and disappeared. Though we would never work with someone like this he still is out there stealing peoples money I’m sure.
