I have been using natural concepts for years! I have tried tons of their products and have not found a single one I didnt like! But the bamboo exfoliating milk cleanser and anti-aging serum are my favourites. If I had one tiny criticism it is that the bamboo cleanser doesnt come out of the pump bottles, but I just switched to capped bottles. Hard to pick a favourite when the soap, moisturizers, cleansers, shampoos, bath bombs, bath salts, etc. are all superb! And the little free gifts with orders are a nice touch <3

I use thier products in my spa @allheartheadspa . Beautiful well made formulas. Great customer service and local to west kelowna
