Horrible experience with a saleswoman (Marie) at Natural Comfort Footwear — Identical to what was described by reviewers below. Here’s what happened. I purchased a sandal from them a couple months ago. After 3 weeks the leather side detached from the sole. The manufacturer confirmed via photos and email that it was defective and instructed me to go back to where I purchased it to process an exchange or repair, per the warranty. Woman working in there today was incredibly rude. My husband and I drove from Ft Myers to exchange a pair of shoes his mom bought him for his birthday as they were too tight. We had the receipt and everything. We were not even in there for 3 minutes before the woman immediately said she couldn't help us.
