I brought my daughters wedding dress in for cleaning two days after her wedding to ensure the stains could be taken out along with getting the dress/veil placed in an airtight keepsake box all what they said they offered. It was picked up and when I looked at it about three weeks later I noticed the box/lid was off so I moved it and came to find out the dress/veil was not in an airtight compartment. I brought my dress in to have some alterations. Kim and Paul are so helpful and lovely. My dress turned out amazing and I received so many compliments all evening long. I'm super grateful for natural cleaners. I also bring in my dry cleaning and they do an excellent job. Highly recommend them!!
If I could leave less than one star, I would. Consider this a 0!! Brought my down comforter in for its pre-season dry-clean. Received the notice a week or so later it's ready. Pop in to pick it up, the man looks through the rack, and all other areas, and in the back cannot find it. He finally looks at a big rolling cart, full of comforters digs in it, and pulls it out.
