We reviewed 3 Engineers for the construction of our driveway and river crossing of the Rio De Flag. I met Mike onsite initially and was impressed with his knowledge of the River, past workings with the City of Flagstaff, and thoughtfulness of the natural path of the River, but didn't think I could afford his level of expertise.
