I have had a few back procedures a long time ago, Lately the pain has returned. I was able to get in with short notice I was experiencing painful pressure in my back and neck after a thorough adjustment I was relieved. After I was able to get a massage and work out most of the tightness. I will need several since I have let it go so long. I felt great and had a lot of needed motivation for my work day.
