Had the most relaxing week at Sunset Ridge. Our whole family enjoyed it. Cabin was clean and had all the necessities we needed. Not far from attractions but secluded enough with the woods behind you. Definitely recommend Natural Bridge Cabin company! Can’t wait for our next stay!
My family originally booked the quit retreat cabin. Check in was super easy, the cab was beautiful and spacious each bedroom had its own entry/exit door and shower (one bedroom even had two showers). I will say the cabin was dated, it’s built in the side of a mountain so you can tell where a tree root was causing the floor to bow and there was a big ant pile right outside one of the bedrooms so there was some ants in that room but it’s a cabin not a ritz we expected bugs, not a big deal. We stayed in the "Newt Cabin" near Slade. It was an amazing experience. The cabin was very clean, perfectly stocked with kitchen supplies, towels, etc. We did alot of relaxing on the deck. Check in and check out were so simple. The staff was fabulous through our whole process. We felt the cabin was centrally located for the activities in the area. We will definitely use this company again. FYI: when they say AWD or 4WD believe them.
WiFi didn’t work, mouse dropping on the beds, dead bugs everywhere, bugs in the hot tub, and no response from the host. We also have video of a mouse running across the floor. Vrbo contacted them for me and they won’t even offer a partial refund.
