Natural Bodyz Bayside is such a hidden gem! Gym is super convenient for anyone living near Shore Dr and it’s never crowded at all. It has everything you need: squat racks, bench press, deadlift platforms, free weights, machines, & more. I have been very happy that I finally stopped going to the big globo gyms - this is much more my style, it’s 24-hour access, and the owners, staff, & members are incredibly nice & respectful. Love this gym and totally recommend for all fitness styles & experience levels!
I absolutely love this place! My Personal Trainer is Terrence Bond. The absolute best!!! Gym is well equipped and the staff is second to none!
