I started at this gym on 8/2 signing up for the Total Body Transformation Challenge. It has been well over 20 years since I have seen the inside of a gym or even exercised on a consistent basis. I was completely overweight and out of shape. I was terrified to step foot in the door but knew I had to. My health depended on it. Sold out to new owners. Previous fees were reasonable, new ones almost doubled, requires an app that you have to pay to download an app then they charge you another fee from the gym to use said app.

This is by far the best gym experience I have had. Staff is great, and not to get to new agey, but the vibe is fantastic. I highly y recommend this gym.
