I've been seeing Lynda for a couple of months now and wanted to share a couple of thoughts regarding my experience. I had the following sessions with Lynda massage for my upper back and neck pain, lymphatic drainage and cranio sacral for post oral surgery care per the recommendation of my doctor and a couple of sessions for general feeling of being unbalanced and stressed. I met Lynda many months ago, when scheduling our appointment she asked me if I was interested in any of the "metaphysical stuff" she does. I said, absolutely! And now that is all I'm interested in receiving. Lynda is an incredible bodyworker, she will intuitively manipulate and knead your energetic and physical bodies (whatever's needed) to facilitate healing. I'm so glad to have met her, worked with her and call her a friend. Thank you for all you do!
I have had chronic ear pain partnered with a stuffy nose for the last few years. I suspect it's something to do with my lymphatic system but who knows! Lynda has been working on me for the last couple months (3 sessions now) and I have had a major improvement with my ear pain and zero stuffy nose. She has magic hands! I will continue to see her as I trust in the progress I've experienced so far!
I loved working with Lynda and how at the beginning of every session, she checked in to see how my body was feeling and any specific areas or energy work that is calling to me in that moment before getting started. Lynda is lovely!
