We just purchased our third Heaven and Earth mattress from Natural Bed, one for each bedroom of our home. Besides the mattresses being the most comfortable we have ever slept on, we can rest well knowing that they are free of harmful chemicals and odors. Our salesperson, Chris was a pleasure to work with and went really went the extra mile for us to make sure that our delivery schedule for the mattress coincided with our furniture delivery date. Incredible matress! Did several years of research before i bought a bed I had never seen or physically layed on. After a few questions i bit the bullet . Love my Heaven and Earth! Now Im responsible for several purchases . These guys relly know their stuff so make sure you do too. Coming from the old spring matress days purchasing this has been one of the top LIFE choices I have ever made. The most important part of life is good sleep. Without it youll never be 100% at whatever you do.
I've had the firm mattress for 15 years (in 4 cities) and I still love it. Anyone else who's slept on it was also a fan. I have the latex pillows and they are great, too. I really miss them when I'm staying in a hotel. The shallow depth and the fact that I don't need a box spring makes it really easy to move around. I plan to keep it much longer and eventually replace it with the same one.
I made a big mistake and shrunk my mattress cover when I washed it. I called and was able to order a replacement cover, it was delivered quickly. Customer service had always been top notch. I will never buy a mattress anywhere else.
I am so thankful for Natural Bed! My husband and I have loved our natural bed for over 18 years now. I have aches and pain from Chronic Fatigue but I sleep comfortably and wonderfully on it. Their prices are right and their customer service is very good and friendly. Would recommend them to anyone!
