I arrived at 10 a.m. for my 10 a.m. appointment that I scheduled over 2 weeks ago and was told that I had to wait 40 minutes due to other customers getting there earlier. What was the purpose of scheduling an appointment if it was still going to be 1st come 1st serve?

Despite the fact that they say they take appointments, they do nothing to honor them. Both times I’ve come here with an appointment, I’ve waited 30+ minutes past my appointment time. They’ll keep taking walk ins, even after your time, just because they got there first. I’m sorry but that’s not how appointments work. The only reason I’m giving two stars and not one is because of their prices, but they’re still not low enough for me to come back.

Worst experience ever. Had to remind the gentleman to exfoliate/scrub the heals of my feet, which he hardly did and he took hardly anytime even bothering to clean my cuticles around my toes or my nails. Never mind the fact that he DRY cut my cuticles and tried to tell me they had to be cut that way because I was using gel polish. A simple google search will tell you that’s a lie.
