WORST experience with Aida and Color on my hair!! She loves bleach and over processed my hair when I asked for Blonde so she turned my hair white. I have enuff grey Then put a toner on thinking that worked Then put a New Full Color and still messed up and put 2nd Color all over my hair. It turned ORANGE & she blamed me⁉️said I should have left it?? WARNING…she does not understand color & wanted to bleach my hair again to try fix. HONESTLY

Booked an appointment here and showed up, turns out they cancelled my appointment without telling me because my hairdresser was apparently sick. They said she tried to call me but I didn't pick up, which is a lie, as I looked through my call history. And my phone number was correct on their computer. This is lazy and unprofessional behaviour. Why would you rely on the apparent sick hairdresser to call me from her personal phone vs calling me from the salon? Wasted my time and I had to go find another place willing to do a la... read more
