I started my loc journey 10/30/21..to the exact date of losing my nephew, so this journey was extremely meaningful to me. The install went good...two days. The following every four weeks retie things changed significantly and my hair suffered overall. Rasheeda would be late to appointments multiple times and would never be on time, meaning that my appointments would begin late, thus ending even later. Everyone was nice. That is the only thing nice I can say. My 5 year old daughter had an scheduled appointment at 4PM. We got there at 3:45PM. With in the 3 hours we were there the stylist Rasheeda never touched my baby. Her assistant shampooed and blow dried my daughter. Rasheeda let 3 people in front of us. Keeping a 5 year old entertained for that long was rough. Sadly to say left and will never be returning. I traveled some distance to get there. My time and money are valuable please don't waste it.
