Just left an appointment for massage with Tamara- she’s wonderful! I’m a physical therapist and can say she’s got great hands! The facility is very relaxing and clean. I am visiting family but will definitely return next time I am in town, and would make this my go to for relaxation if I was a local!

Most amazing massage! My wife and I both go at least once a month and both receive the best massage therapy from Shennandoah!! We have had many massages over the years, but none compare to the intuitive, high-quality massage we receive each and every visit. We've been going for several months, and will continue for years to come! No matter how much pressure or stress Real Life lays on, we always know that we can count on Shennandoah to melt away our pains and sufferings!!! Best money we've spent on 'health care'. ❤️

I found Natural Balance online searching for infrared therapies. They have it! Also other great services like organic face care, massages and more. I already have a massage therapist elsewhere that I love, but I will definitely continue infrared sauna therapy for my inflammation and mold detoxing. Will try their skincare products too. Great staff, very helpful and caring. Highly recommend! And a peaceful and beautiful energy filled environment too❤️
