Absolutely loved my experience. My sister lock consultant is life. The environment is so calming.
I've been here 3 times. Very nice space (Lenox Village location and the new Donelson Pike location), and my style always comes out great. The only complaint I have is the manner in which the stylists educate the clients about their hair. If my hair is dry/damaged/I need specific treatments, it's absolutely fine to tell me that, that's part of what you do. But be careful how you speak to people. I had one young lady in particular that had a nasty attitude and acted like she was being put out to do my hair. You never know why ... read more
