I’ve been here a few times already, and every visit has been wonderful. All the therapists I’ve tried are great, they really know how to find the sore spots and help release the tension. This is my first time leaving a review, but they truly deserve it!
Normally go to My Place but decided to try Natural 5 today. Poor experience. Had a neck and shoulder massage and the first lady started giving a very soft massage. I asked for more pressure but it continued very soft. Then another customer came in and the lady started talking to him loudly which was annoying as it was right in my ear. She then basically stopped massaging me while she spoke to him. The owner/manager saw this and asked me if I need a harder massage. I said yes and they swapped in another lady. I had an exceptional experience at this massage parlor. The atmosphere was soothing and relaxing, and the staff was incredibly skilled and attentive. I left feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.
