I showed the stylist several photos of what I wanted and explained it clearly, but the result looked nothing like the reference. The cut is uneven and much shorter than I asked for. I’m honestly shocked that a professional stylist would let someone leave with a haircut like this.
I had a very unpleasant experience. The receptionist was dismissive and barely acknowledged me when I walked in. When I asked a simple question about services, she responded in a condescending tone and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. Customer service should be a priority in a salon, but this place clearly doesn’t care about how they treat clients.
Super fancy, the people are kind and pleasant. The profissionals are excellent, especially Junior I Will definitely be Back more often. Super recommend 🌹🙏
David is the absolute best! He truly listens, my hair color is always exactly what I ask for and he styles it like no one else! The new salon is beautiful too, super clean, welcoming and such a great vibe. Love the whole experience every single time!
Heitor at Natura Spa (Upper East Side) is amazing. He lightened my dark brunette hair beautifully in one session while keeping it completely healthy and damage-free which is rare. The balayage is seamless, dimensional, and perfectly face-framing. He’s also incredibly warm, kind, and attentive. I love my results and highly recommend him.
