I visited Natty's Nail Spa to get my nails done (Mani & Pedi) before my daughter's wedding. I really like this salon because it's small, welcoming, and has a very personal feel. Alexandra (the owner) and her mother, Maria, were wonderful. They are clearly talented at what they do and paid close attention to every detail, making sure I was happy with the final result. Am sitting in the chair right now. The technician was in the middle of cutting my nails when another patron came in. She said “sorry that’s my customer” and left me in the chair. Seriously? Another technician said to wait and she’d deal with me when she finished with her current client. I made this appointment earlier in the week, showed up on time and am absolutely floored at how asinine this is. I’d leave but she literally left in the middle of the service. Update.
