I would never returned. I made an appointment for a cut, wash and retwist. Once my hair was finish washing, that’s when I was told that they don’t do cuts. One of the ladies called the boss to confirm if I was told that they cut, which the boss said yes. I felt tricked and bamboozled. I was so disappointed. The retwist was okay but it didn’t last. I rewashed and retwisted my hair two days later. Bad business practice. Would never recommend. They lossed a customer and kind of ruined it for everyone else. You cannot lie to you... read more
