I found Dr. Natt to be a very professional veterinary. He dramatically went out of his way to fly to our home in the Sierra Nevada foothills to help us think through what was needed, patiently explaining what was needed (a cruciate repair). Because he has a specialty with these kinds of surgeries, we specifically wanted him to be the one caring for Roxy with this.
