Repeat customer here, writing this review because I had a terrible experience with a Pep Boys location the month prior. NATT was fair with pricing; repaired and restored my entire front end within 2 business days, along with typical alignment, rotation, and other necessary standard service work on my Lexus ES. Fair pricing, great service. Will continue to come back so long as Mr. Singh will continue running this shop.
Prices seem to vary at times and the customer service seems a bit off.. Had work done then excessive noises started happening.. The owner said it's not his fault.. Avoid if can. Won't be back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
