Pros: quick to get an appointment. I found her inline through good reviews on both Yelp and Google. So I wanted to give it a try since I got audit in the last 2 years. Nat's service is very quick-in and out within 30mins- and professional in term of answering my questions. She was straightforward when I gave her my mom's W2 and said my mom should file on her own because it will cost my mom more money than what she would get back.
